下明滿位。言即於此中至極善清淨者，此據成滿菩薩變化身相好，謂從都史多天降生人中，相好極善清淨。

Below clarifies the stage of perfection. The words 'Within this, reaching utmost purity' are based on the marks and minor marks of the perfected bodhisattva's transformation body, meaning that from descending from Tuṣita heaven into the human realm, the marks and minor marks are exceedingly pure.
