前中，顯示道及果名菩薩地者，景師有兩解。一云，前菩薩地初列十法中，持學唯因，第十建立唯果，餘通因果。二云：建立品唯果，位之與地通其因果，餘唯是因。

In the former part, regarding 'revealing the path and fruition is named the Bodhisattvabhūmi,' Master Jing has two interpretations. One says: 'Among the ten dharmas listed at the beginning of the previous Bodhisattvabhūmi, holding and study are purely causes, the tenth, establishment, is purely fruition, and the rest encompass causes and fruitions.' The second says: 'The chapter on establishment is purely fruition, stage and bhūmi encompass causes and fruitions, and the rest are purely causes.'
