將修行時，先於甚深廣大正法安立信解等者，此結學之方法力種姓品，於彼品中有其六法：一、勝解；二、求法；三、為他說；四、法隨法行；五、八種教授、六種教誡；六、方便攝三業。

'When about to cultivate, first establishing faith and understanding in the profound and vast true Dharma, etc.': this summarizes the Chapter on the Gotra of Power, which is the method of training. Within that chapter there are six dharmas: first, resolute faith; second, seeking the Dharma; third, teaching it to others; fourth, practicing in conformity with the Dharma; fifth, the eight kinds of instruction and six kinds of admonition; sixth, gathering the three karmas through expedient means.
