於成辨時，若由此於此為此應行者，此結第五八種教授六種教誡，教授中，言或由菩薩或由諸佛而能教授，故言由此，於教授時，先審察彼心根欲性，故言於此既識根已教修五停，治偏增病，故言為此。

'When accomplishing it, that which should be practiced by this, in this, and for this': this summarizes the fifth, the eight kinds of instruction and six kinds of admonition. Within 'instruction', saying 'either by bodhisattvas or by buddhas they are able to instruct' is why it says 'by this'; when instructing, first carefully examining their mental faculties, desires, and natures is why it says 'in this'; having recognized their faculties, teaching them to cultivate the five meditations for stopping the mind to remedy the disease of biased intensification is why it says 'for this'.
