言數不能數，無二說故，名為無數者，泰云：不為數之所數，又無義別二說故云說也。

Regarding the statement that it 'cannot be calculated by enumeration, because there are no dual statements, and is thus called incalculable': Tai says that it is not enumerated by enumeration; furthermore, because there are no two statements of distinct referents, it is called [incalculable] in statement.
