又解：此中言遍計習氣者，三性有漏法，所有種子皆名遍計所執，以三性心等，皆為相縛所縛，名為遍計，非謂遍計皆是二執所成之種。

Another explanation says: Regarding the mention here of 'vāsanā of the falsely discriminated,' all seeds of defiled phenomena across the three natures are called 'the falsely discriminated,' because the minds and mental factors of the three natures are all bound by the bondage of marks and are thus called 'falsely discriminated'; it does not mean that 'falsely discriminated' is exclusively seeds formed by the two graspings.
