答：不然。約功能如欲界名狹小行，種所生現行亦狹小故，如是乃至無色界亦然，若欲色界不說外器為論，以俱緣無量外器界故。

Answer: Not so. In terms of capacity, as the Desire Realm is called narrow and small activity, the active consciousness produced from its seeds is also narrow and small; it is likewise up to the Formless Realm. If the Desire and Form Realms are not discussed in terms of the external vessel, it is because both cognize immeasurable external vessel realms.
