又成法執云：如羅漢有漏意識起時，有末那識為同時根，是有漏意故如凡意識，即不可言羅漢所起是人執故。

Furthermore, establishing grasping at phenomena, it says: Just as when the tainted mental consciousness of an arhat arises, it has the manas-consciousness as its simultaneous faculty because it is a tainted mind, just like the mental consciousness of an ordinary being; thus it cannot be said that what is arisen by an arhat is [only] grasping at a person.
