13.256

述曰：若不定聲聞根已熟，要得入見諦已方趣大乘，即容可作此觀得有，其根未熟決定人入見道即不然。此文約根已熟不定說。

The commentary states: If it is an indeterminate śrāvaka whose faculties are already mature, who must first enter the seeing of the truths before turning toward the Great Vehicle, then it is indeed possible for them to have this contemplation; but if an individual of determinate [gotra] whose faculties are not mature enters the path of seeing, it is not so. This text is spoken with reference to the indeterminate whose faculties are already mature.
