初云修觀，何故乃至當言已斷一切雜染者，景云：轉依有三：一、轉依了因，即十地聖道；二、是所轉，即是賴耶雜染種子；三、是轉依之體，即是斷惑所離擇滅。

First, regarding 'cultivating contemplation, why [...] one should say that all afflictions have already been severed': Jing says: The transformation of the basis has three aspects: first, the revealing cause of the transformation of the basis, which is the noble path of the ten stages; second, that which is transformed, which is the defiled seeds of the ālaya; third, the intrinsic nature of the transformation of the basis, which is the analytical cessation freed through the severing of delusions.
