第二相中，先牒前起後；第二正辨。於中先辨過患，後明由有過患故有疫等。

In the second characteristic, it first resumes the preceding to introduce the following; second, it directly distinguishes. Within that, it first distinguishes faults, and later clarifies that because faults exist, plagues and the like arise.
