下明自勢力轉中，既云阿羅漢等，故知前三果並得延命。三藏云：大乘道理，邊際勝定，通四靜慮，故四果聖皆得延命。

Below, in clarifying the operation through one's own power, since it says "arhats, etc.," it is known that all the first three fruits are also able to prolong life. The Tripiṭaka Master says: According to the principles of the Mahāyāna, the supreme concentration of the limit (prāntakoṭika-dhyāna) encompasses the four dhyānas, so noble ones of all four fruits are able to prolong life.
