流轉中，云或有自在勢力流轉；謂被損種子現行諸法者，種雖被損，自在餘勢猶起現行。

In [the section on] progression, it states: "Or there is progression through the sovereign force; namely, phenomena functioning in activity whose seeds have been impaired": though the seeds are impaired, the sovereign remaining momentum still gives rise to active functioning.
