不相離攝中，三藏云：謂極微聚不相離有爾所攝界等。基云：準如對法，一切法有色即心亦是不相離，故一切皆色，心所亦名心等。

In subsumption by non-separation, the Tripiṭaka Master says: That is, an accumulation of subtle atoms that are not separated contains so many subsumed realms and the like. Ji says: In accordance with the Abhidharma, among all dharmas where there is form, mind is also non-separated; hence all are form, and mental factors are also called mind, and so forth.
