四、明風大。諸輪行風名恒相續者，持日月輪風名鞞藍婆，及風輪等，名恒相續。

Fourth, explaining the wind element. Regarding "the wind that moves in various discs is called constantly continuous": the winds that support the sun and moon discs are called vairambha, and together with the wind-discs and so forth, they are called constantly continuous.
