14.360

言餘長養流，當知亦由食故，即前食，彼所依故即睡眠梵行。修勝作意故者，則定也。又諸色根，當知二種流而得流轉者，此對本性等流流，其內根何故非變易等流流，以觸打時有反壞故，此中不說，亦得言。

Regarding 'one should know that the remaining fluxes of nourishment are also due to food': this refers to the aforementioned food. 'Due to their basis': this refers to sleep and celibacy. Regarding 'due to cultivating superior attention': this refers to concentration. Furthermore, regarding 'one should know that the various physical faculties circulate by means of two kinds of flux': this is spoken in contrast to the flux of equal outflow of fundamental nature. Why are the internal faculties not the flux of equal outflow of change? Because when struck by contact, they suffer damage and destruction; although not mentioned here, it may also be stated.
