此有兩解。一云，但有表，即隨二善惡現行思上功能為體。一云，亦有無表，即以種子功能為體。

There are two explanations for this. One says: It has only informative [matter], which takes as its entity the capacity situated upon the active volition following the twofold wholesome and unwholesome. Another says: It also has uninformative [matter], which takes the capacity of seeds as its entity.
