測云：總有七緣，六辨內障，今第七辨外障，除羯磨師及和上已外諸師僧，名住戒滿僧，謂威儀師及七證也。

Ce says: Altogether there are seven conditions: six explain internal hindrances, and now the seventh explains external hindrances. The monks other than the karmavācanā-master and the preceptor are called the 'monks who fulfill the dwelling in the precepts,' meaning the deportment master and the seven witnesses.
