次明近事三緣捨戒。基云：此無犯重，以不名非梵行故，悔亦還淨，二形生仍成近事性故。

Next, the three conditions for relinquishing the lay devotee precepts are explained. Ji says: Here there is no committing a grave transgression, because it is not called non-chaste conduct; upon repentance it also becomes pure again, and even if dual physical characteristics arise, the nature of a lay devotee is still fulfilled.
