15.102

泰云：惛沈掉舉，沈舉不同，故不相應，餘隨煩惱舉時與掉相應，沈時與惛相應，妄念散亂不正知是癡分，汝說與一切染心相應。基云：此中說不信等六與一切染污心相應。

Tai says: 'Torpor and restlessness differ as sinking and rising, and therefore are not conjoined; the other secondary afflictions are conjoined with restlessness when rising, and conjoined with torpor when sinking. Forgetfulness, distraction, and improper comprehension are parts of delusion; you say that they are conjoined with all defiled minds.' Ji says: 'Here it is said that the six, beginning with non-faith, are conjoined with all defiled minds.'
