15.107

義曰：分別境生故，此要別緣行境生，故不說俱起，欲解亦爾有二分但，此下不論故，所以令無欲解，此中以唯六意對法五者，不信等三同此論釋，然沈掉二法麁細相相違此論不說。

The meaning is: because they arise by discriminating objects. These must arise by taking particular cognized cognitive objects as condition, and therefore they are not said to arise together. Desire and resolve are also like this: they have two parts, but since they are not discussed below, desire and resolve are absent here. In this context, regarding the intention of only six versus the five of the Abhidharma: the three beginning with non-faith are the same as explained in this treatise; however, the coarse and subtle characteristics of the two dharmas of sinking and restlessness are contradictory, so this treatise does not speak of them [together].
