三品中，初總就彼四種無記以明三品，二別就四無記中一一有三品。景云：此文即就義差別辨三品，將知賴耶三界有麁細。

Under the section on the three grades: First, the three grades are explained in general terms with respect to those four kinds of indeterminate [phenomena]; second, each of the four indeterminate ones individually has three grades. Jing says: This text analyzes the three grades precisely according to differences in meaning, so we may know that the ālaya[-consciousness] in the three realms has coarse and subtle [aspects].
