Tai says: Through the distinctions of apparition, the Tathāgata's activities of benefiting others are subsumed, and are therefore not treated separately. Furthermore, what is born of maturation is exclusively indeterminate, based on spontaneous retribution as fruit of cause. 'Two or three are obtainable' means that deportment and craft pervade the three natures. 'One has two kinds' means that apparition is solely wholesome and indeterminate.
