15.160

由不安穩行攝行苦者，阿賴耶識捨愛及順此愛法是其行體，由帶涅槃麁重及二苦麁重，始終隨逐不得安穩行，彼是苦，名行苦故。

Regarding the subsumption of the suffering of conditioned existence through the aspect of insecurity: the ālaya-consciousness's abandonment of craving along with the dharmas that comply with this craving are its conditioned entity; because it carries the coarseness of nirvāṇa and the coarseness of the two sufferings, accompanying one from beginning to end without attaining secure conduct—that is suffering, and hence called the suffering of conditioned existence.
