自在者，即是加行善一分威儀工巧善修習者及以變化所有種子，要由加行因功修習方能自在生起現行，是故建立自在成熟，此中唯有漏種子。

"Mastery" refers to the seeds of wholesome roots cultivated through application, that portion of comportment and technical crafts well practiced, and supernatural transformations; they can only actively manifest with mastery through the cultivation of effort in applied practice, and therefore the maturation of mastery is established. Here, it refers solely to tainted seeds.
