勢速中，諸行勢速者，如一彈指頃經六百生滅。士用勢速者，如世間中斷根士夫三業速疾。神通勢速者，如屈申臂頃到色究竟等。

Regarding velocity: "Velocity of conditioned formations" is, for example, passing through six hundred arisings and ceasings in the span of a finger-snap. "Velocity of human effort" is, for example, the swiftness of the three karmas of an energetic man in the world. "Velocity of supernormal powers" is, for example, reaching Akaniṣṭha and so forth in the time it takes to bend or extend an arm.
