基云：所以界中眼與非界，但取羅漢最後念眼。今此處中，眼而非處，亦取生無色後念眼者，以界中取界種子故但說羅漢。今此處中，據中現行故，通說眼根滅盡後念。

Ji says: The reason why, within realms, "eye and not a realm" takes only the final moment's eye of an arhat, whereas now in this [section on] āyatanas, "eye and not an āyatana" also takes the final moment's eye of one born into the formless realm, is that because the realms take the seeds of the realms, they speak only of the arhat. Now in this [section on] āyatanas, based on manifest activity, it generally speaks of the final moment after the complete cessation of the eye faculty.
