備云：汎論論出體略有二義：一、兩法正翻以出體者，敬以慚為體不敬以無慚為體；二、能治所治相翻以出體者，不敬尊師即名憍，故無相違。

Bei says: 'Speaking broadly, the treatises explain the substantial entities with, briefly, two meanings: first, explaining the substantial entity by the direct reversal of two dharmas, where respect takes shame as its substantial entity and disrespect takes shamelessness as its substantial entity; second, explaining the substantial entity by the reciprocal reversal of the antidote and the object to be eliminated, where disrespect for venerated teachers is termed arrogance; hence there is no contradiction.'
