基云：此中約取九根為體故唯言不斷，此文證三惡趣善法非見道斷，後六唯修及不斷故。

This text proves that the wholesome phenomena of the three wretched destinies are not abandoned by the path of seeing, because the latter six are solely [abandoned by] cultivation and non-abandoned.
