自相共相，即出平正受體。依止相者，即顯受所攝也。今依前釋不平正，是憂苦自相等取餘二相也，俱非是捨。

The self-characteristic and common characteristic directly reveal the essence of balanced feeling. The characteristics of the support directly show what feeling encompasses. Now, following the previous explanation, 'unbalanced' refers to taking the remaining two characteristics, such as the self-characteristics of grief and suffering; 'neither' is equanimity.
