二、解柔和，此與忍何別，耐他違害，名為忍辱。不違損他，名作柔和，如文可知。

Second, explaining gentleness: how does this differ from patience? Bearing another's opposition and harm is called patience; not opposing or injuring another is called gentleness, as can be understood from the text.
