16.403

瞋恚，四種者，謂損己他見為第一；損己他有情為第二；增我善友為第三；愛我怨家為第四。此舉四境取四恚也。

Hatred has four kinds: harming the views of oneself and others is the first; harming the sentient beings of oneself and others is the second; increasing [the well-being of] one's good friends is the third; cherishing one's enemies is the fourth. This cites four objects to apprehend the four hatreds.
