今解：隨順煩惱者，總標。隨煩惱名通攝尋伺悔眠。煩惱俱行者，此隨中大隨惑等，煩惱品類者此顯小十麁，言中大也。

Now it is explained: 'Accompanying defilements' is an overarching designation; the name 'secondary defilement' comprehensively subsumes investigation, reflection, remorse, and sleep. 'Co-arising with defilements' refers to these intermediate and great secondary defilements, etc.; 'categories of defilements' indicates the ten minor coarse ones, referring to the intermediate and great.
