義曰：一性麁重，即煩惱種等，此中言漏麁者是，二心不調柔名麁重，即一切有漏善法等，此中言有漏麁重者是，第三卷約性麁重。

The meaning is: First, intrinsic coarseness, which is the seeds of afflictions and so forth; what is called 'taint-coarseness' here is this. Second, the mind being untamed and unpliant is called coarseness, which is all defiled wholesome dharmas and so forth; what is called 'defiled coarseness' here is this. The third fascicle is discussed in terms of intrinsic coarseness.
