三者、現定無種不定句，則三無漏根。泰云：以此證知初地已上所有菩薩不受地獄真實報身，以斷惡趣業無明故，唯化身往。

Third is the alternative where active manifestation is definitely absent and seeds are indefinite; this refers to the three taintless faculties. Tai says: By this it is proved and known that all bodhisattvas from the first stage onward do not receive a real retributive body in the hells, because they have severed the karma and ignorance of the bad destinies; they only go there with transformation bodies.
