增惡心，謂於能損害相隨法分別者，於能損我或身或語，隨如是分別起瞋。
Increasing malevolent mind refers to 'distinguishing following the phenomena with regard to the mark of being able to injure': regarding being able to injure oneself, whether physically or verbally, one gives rise to anger in accordance with such distinctions.
