景云：魯達羅世界者，大自在天住處。毘瑟笯世界者，毘紐天處。既是外道計執，不得依二十八天求其處所。
Jing says: The realm of Rudra is the dwelling of Maheśvara. The realm of Viṣṇu is the place of Viṣṇu. Since these are the attachments of non-Buddhists, their locations cannot be sought according to the twenty-eight heavens.
