次解共相，即不最靜名諸煩惱共相，前對淨法故說不寂靜名為自性。

Next, explaining common characteristics: that is, not being supremely tranquil is called the common characteristic of all afflictions; previously, in contrast to pure dharmas, non-tranquility was spoken of as the self-nature.
