別解中，初解自性過。於中，就思辨前七業道體故；後三業道暢同時思名業道，是不善名自性過。

In the individual explanations, it first explains the fault of intrinsic nature (*svabhāva-doṣa*). Therein, the intrinsic nature of the first seven paths of action is distinguished in terms of volition; for the latter three paths of action, that which gives expression to simultaneous volition is called the path of action, and their being unwholesome is called the fault of intrinsic nature.
