下明翻前明不善現業，即於前由行不善，思障行施成就不善，為現報業。
Below, reversing the preceding, it clarifies unwholesome karma [experienced in] the present: namely, through performing what is unwholesome due to the preceding, having a volition to obstruct the practice of giving, and accomplishing what is unwholesome, it becomes karma of present retribution.
