言云何麁重所隨故者？謂三界諸行為煩惱品麁重所隨等者，此門約行苦而說生苦相。

Regarding the phrase 'Why is it because of being attended by crude heaviness? That is, all conditioned formations of the three realms are attended by crude heaviness associated with the category of afflictions, etc.'—this approach explains the characteristic of the suffering of birth in terms of the suffering of conditioned existence (saṃskāra-duḥkhatā).
