上來攝決擇分有十二段之中，初二段訖，自下第三有一卷半文決擇三摩呬多地。於中，初結前生後；次正決擇，後餘下復現。

Above, among the twelve sections of the Viniścayasaṃgrahaṇī, the first two sections have ended; below, the third section consists of one and a half fascicles of text determining the stage of meditative absorption (samāhitā bhūmiḥ). Within this, it first links the preceding and introduces what follows; next, it directly determines it; finally, the remainder appears below.
