解云：聖人已斷惑種，退起現前失諸功德，名已得退，若諸聖人所有功德不得並生，名習行退，以不起煩惱故，不同已得退也。

Explanation: Noble ones have already severed the seeds of delusion; regressing so that [afflictions] become present and losing all virtues is called regression from what has been attained. If all virtues possessed by noble ones cannot arise simultaneously, it is called regression in practice; because afflictions do not arise, it is not the same as regression from what has been attained.
