第五、辨不共果清淨中，文有三節。謂依前三緣不共故，四果五果及以九果清淨。四果清淨者，處聚落世法所生煩惱不染一，處練若生惱不染二，總合前二復為第三。於二處所不能堪忍淋漏等苦煩不染為第四果。

Fifth, within distinguishing the purification of uncommon fruits, the text has three sections. That is, relying on the previous three conditions being uncommon, there is the purification of four fruits, five fruits, and nine fruits. As for the purification of four fruits: being unpolluted by afflictions born of worldly dharmas when staying in a village is the first; being unpolluted when afflictions arise while dwelling in an araṇya is the second; combining the former two together makes the third; being unpolluted by affliction when unable to bear the suffering of leaking rain and so forth in both places is the fourth fruit.
