泰云：謂善惡二行及起行因緣是世慧所行。次云彼體性者，牒經。當知乃至如實正知者，出能知體，能了善惡因緣體性差別如實正知，是慧解脫體。

Tai says: That is to say, the two kinds of action—good and bad—and the causes and conditions that give rise to action are the domain of mundane wisdom. Next, 'its essential nature' quotes the sutra. 'One should know... up to truly and correctly knowing' presents the knowing entity: being able to comprehend the differences in the essential natures of good and bad causes and conditions, truly and correctly knowing—this is the essence of liberation through wisdom.
