初云：即慧解脫增上力故，出世間慧之所行者此牒經文。當知即是至一切境界者，景云：由世間慧及以心解脫故，能引起出世間慧了一切境。

First, 'namely, due to the predominant influence of liberation through wisdom, that which is the domain of supramundane wisdom' quotes the sutra text. 'One should know that it is... down to all objective spheres': Jing says: Due to mundane wisdom and liberation of mind, one can induce supramundane wisdom to comprehend all objective spheres.
