二、解了所治。所治有二。一、由諸在家愛染故，於後有滅不生欣，由諸外道見染故雖欣不證。

Second, understanding that which is to be remedied. That which is to be remedied is twofold: 1. because householders have the defilement of craving, they do not give rise to aspiration for the cessation of future existence; 2. because non-Buddhists have the defilement of views, although they aspire to it, they do not realize it.
