泰云：色身是糞穢資故見穢等流等，觀自身不淨是能依，觀山河大地不淨是所依。
Tai says: Because the physical body is sustained by excrement and filth, one sees the outflow of filth, and so on. Contemplating the impurity of one's own body is the supported; contemplating the impurity of the mountains, rivers, and great earth is the supporting.
