答：同為欲治障建立禪支，所治障中唯是心所，禪支能治不立心王，又復禪支是出要法，心王通與漏為依，不順出要，故不立支。

Answer: Dhyāna limbs are established alike as antidotes to obstacles; among the obstacles to be countered, they are exclusively mental factors, so the dhyāna limbs which serve as antidotes do not establish the principal mind [as a limb]. Moreover, dhyāna limbs are dharmas of deliverance (niḥsaraṇa), whereas the principal mind generally serves as the basis for taints; it does not accord with deliverance, and therefore is not established as a limb.
