泰云：外道初能離欲得五通相，及為顯示離彼退已行呪詛，名離惡不善法。
Tai says: the non-Buddhists are initially able to become detached from sensual desires and attain the marks of the five superknowledges; and to show that after falling away they are free from practicing incantations is called 'detachment from unwholesome, bad states'.
